The Olympic Games in China and almost precisely ten years after the first cultural arrangement " World Artists for Tibet " was a good opportunity for another art and music festival and a reminder of the situation in Tibet.
The Danish artist Nes Lerpa and the Swedish farmer Lennart Isaksson took the initiative for a" Kite Performance with Colours and Music " at the same time as the inauguration of the Olympic Games in China.
Sunday 10th of August in the rainy and windy weather on the plain of Östergötland, Sweden, a lot of people gathered to pay homage to Tibet and call for a dialogue between China and Dalai Lama.
